There are areas of your exterior that we deliberately do not wash.
Power washer will not be directed at walls with badly peeling paint
We do not wash previous coats that we plan on removing on phase 2. Since these layers are being scrapped off, washing them first would serve no purpose. We do not attempt to remove this peeling layer with power washers as this may cause damage to siding underneath.
Team members are prohibited from power washing while standing on metal or shake roofing.
These roof types present a major safety hazard when wet.
What we do instead: We manually clean those areas on phase 2 – when dry. Instead of water, we use stiff-bristled brooms, dusters, house bleach solution in hand sprayers, sanders, and gas blowers to remove any debri, moss, mildew, etc.
