Choosing Adirondack Blue for kitchen cabinets
BEHR identifies Adirondack Blue N480-5 as a slate blue with a light reflectance value (LRV) of 23. LRV runs from 0 to 100; a lower number means the color reflects less light. That makes your kitchen’s daylight and evening lighting worth checking before you choose it.
Use these real project photos as a starting point, then test a physical color sample in your own kitchen. Look at it beside the countertop, backsplash, flooring and hardware during the day and after dark. A screen cannot show the color exactly, and the same blue can look different from one room to another.

Is the color name the same as the cabinet coating?
