We believe in total transparency. This quick step ensures we are perfectly aligned before our team arrives at your home.

25 % deposit on day 1 + final payment on the day of completion. Progress payments apply to projects above $20k. (new clients only)

Project Terms & Disclosures

  • L&I Disclosure: I have received a copy of the L&I disclosure required by WA state within my initial estimate. I understand sales tax shall be calculated based on project location.
  • Power Washing (decks/exteriors): Wash my house; if a little water enters, we will wipe it up without holding Elegant Painting® responsible.
  • Payment: I agree to the deposit and will be present on the day of completion to make the final payment after the final walk-through.
  • Inspection: I will inspect the finished paint job following PCA Standard P1-21 The 3-Foot Standard (from no closer than 3 feet away, no zoom devices, photography, flash, or floodlights).
  • Warranty & Exclusions: I agree to the warranty exclusions outlined on page 22 of the estimate, and surfaces that should not be painted.
