In the high-end Eastside market, the "Change Order" is a common trap. A contractor gives a low estimate, then "discovers" more work once the ladders are up. Our Fixed-Price Guarantee means that once the contract is signed, the price is locked.
If we find a detail we missed during the walkthrough, that's our responsibility, not yours.
